Welcome to a new school year at Benjamin! As parents you are part of the Benjamin PTO and we look to all of you for your active participation.

Box Tops
Do you shop online? Do your kids play online? If you answered yes to either of those questions then you need to check out the Box Tops website at http://www.boxtopsforeducation.com/ as well. This site has great ways to earn extra cash for our school. Once you have set up a log-in you can shop the marketplace stores such as Gap, Justice, Nook, and many more. Each purchase earns eBoxTops which translates into cash for our school. Your kids can, with your permission, link to game sites to earn boxtops. The website also has money saving coupons and chances every day to win bonus box tops for our school. Older students can help with meal planning with the Box Top recipe area.
Dine-Around Town
Each month we have the opportunity to eat out at local restaurants with a portion of your purchase price going to the Benjamin PTO. Watch for fliers to come home with your child or information posted on the Benjamin PTO Facebook page.
Spirit Wear
Benjamin Spirit Wear is a great way to recognize our school with pride. We wear them to special events and dedicate every Wednesday for spirit days. There will be three opportunities each year to place orders for clothing. Let's be proud of our school while supporting our PTO efforts here at Benjamin. Go Bears!!
Good Neighbor Grant
Did you know that any State Farm employee who volunteers 40 hours in one year for Benjamin can raise $500.00 for our school? The employee does not have to be a Benjamin parent. The hours can be spent doing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, classroom help, PTO meeting attendance, PTO phone call reminders, office help, clerical work, and bulletin boards. Work can even be completed at home many times. If you work at State Farm or know someone who does who would like to help, please contact our PTO, at benjaminelementarypto@gmail.
State Farm Matching Gift Program
State Farm employees can now submit for State Farm Companies Foundation Matching Gift Program for any monetary donations made to Benjamin PTO of $25 or more. The most common type of donation is that made to Un-raiser at the beginning of the school year. State Farm will only match monetary donations.
